  • Vaping is prohibited inside the venue.
  • National Lampoon The Yellow Door is not responsible for invalid tickets purchased through third-party vendors (e.g., Stubhub), auction platforms (e.g., eBay), classifieds (e.g., Craigslist), or ticket brokers.
  • A two (2) drink minimum is required per person during the show.
  • No cameras, video recorders, or cell phones are allowed during the show. Violating this policy may result in removal from the venue.
  • Tickets are digital. An email confirmation with an e-ticket PDF will be sent. You do not need to print your ticket; a valid photo ID will be sufficient for entry.
  • Performers, prices, and showtimes are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated to ticket holders via email.
  • Once the show begins, please keep conversations to a minimum. Loud talking or heckling is disruptive and will result in removal from the venue.
  • All events are strictly 21+ unless otherwise noted in the event description. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry. Non-U.S. citizens must present a valid passport.
  • A full bar and dinner menu are available during the show.
  • A 5% surcharge will be added to each check due to current economic conditions and government policies.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Debit cards without a Visa logo and personal checks are not accepted.
  • Double-check the date and time of the show before confirming your ticket purchase.
  • For your safety, re-entry is not permitted once you leave the venue.
  • A 20% gratuity will be automatically added to parties of four or more.
  • Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the venue.
  • Service fees apply to all tickets purchased, whether online, over the phone, or at the box office.
  • Tickets not claimed by showtime may be forfeited without refund.
  • All members of your party must arrive together to be seated together. Saving seats is not permitted.
  • Once the show begins, please keep all table conversations to a whisper. Heckling and loud talking are strongly discouraged to ensure a positive experience for all guests.
  • No late seating will be allowed once the performance has begun, as per the artist’s request. Entry is permitted on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Promo passes and complimentary tickets are subject to availability and may not be applied to previous purchases. Paid tickets have priority over complimentary tickets, and promo passes expire 30 minutes before showtime.
  • Attire is casual.
  • Photos with headliners are available after the show at the discretion of the performer.
  • Shows typically last between 75 to 90 minutes.
  • We are wheelchair accessible.
  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. To ensure fairness, no exceptions will be made, regardless of the reason. Please triple-check your order before finalizing your purchase.
  • Backpacks, luggage, and oversized bags are not allowed inside. Only small purses and wallets are permitted.
  • Military Discount: 10% off food and beverages for up to four people with a valid military ID.
  • All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances. Please ensure your order is accurate before completing your purchase.
  • Doors open 30 minutes to one hour before showtime, depending on the event.
